Scheduling an appointment

 

To ensure your ideal time slot is available, we do advise booking well in advance. Bookings can be made by either calling 076 298 4992 or email info@cape-acupuncture.com

 

 

Arrival Time

 

You are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Please be aware that late arrivals may result in a reduction of the treatment time.

 

 

Men’s Facials

 

For best results we recommend that men shave at least 6 hours prior to their facial treatment.

 

 

Treatment Etiquette

 

The treatment environment is one of relaxation and tranquility. Please respect all the guests and practitioners by switching off your mobile phone.

 

 

Valuables

 

We suggest you leave all your valuables at home. We cannot accept liability for any valuables lost or stolen on the premises.

 

 

Health Conditions

 

It is in your best interest to advise us on any health conditions, allergies or injuries when making your spa reservation and in advance of any treatments.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

 

At Cape Acupuncture we do understand that unexpected events might require that you change your appointment time. Should this be the case we do encourage you to call us at least 6 hours prior to your appointment time.

 

 

Pregnancy

 

The safety of you and your unborn child is of utmost importance. Please inform your practitioner if you are pregnant or breastfeeding in order for us to customize your treatment accordingly.

 

 

Homecare

 

In order to enhance your experience, your practitioner will recommend a homecare program to ensure you get the very best results from your treatment.

 

 

House Visits

 

For an additional fee of R125,00, we offer house visits to patients who are not able to come to our facilities due to limited mobility. House visits will be restricted to specific days only and advanced booking is essential.
